Shipping Information
We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days
- Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
- Shipping in the EU: Free shipping to all countries within the European Union
- Shipping Outside the EU: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by local holidays or customs clearance in non-EU countries.
Customs & Import Taxes (Outside EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included in the item price and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you love your Glovia piece, you have the right to return or exchange it if something isn’t right.
✅ Return Policy
- Return Period: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery (EU regulation)
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Exceptions: Personalized or visibly worn items cannot be returned
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
To start a return, email us at info@houseofglovia.com with your order number and reason for return.
✅ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
✅ Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or wish to exchange for a different variant (if available), please reach out to us at info@houseofglovia.com — we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and order number to info@houseofglovia.com — we will take care of it immediately and at no cost to you.
